2. Purpose of the Website

The platform is dedicated to presenting and commercializing individual consulting services, mentoring packages, and organizing events/workshops (e.g., "Weekendul femeilor mișto"). The services do not constitute legal or medical advice, but are focused on personal and professional development.

3. Booking and Payment Process

  • Consulting Packages: Bookings are made by filling out the form or accessing the Stripe payment link.

  • Payment: Payments can be made either via bank transfer to the account RO88BTRLRONCRT0582504801, opened at Banca Transilvania, or online through the Stripe payment processor. Prices are expressed in RON and include VAT in accordance with current legislation.

  • Recurring Payments: In the case of mentoring subscriptions, payments are recurring. The client can cancel the recurrence at any time via their account settings or by sending a written notification at least 5 days prior to the debit date.

4. Warranty and Right of Withdrawal

  • Digital/Consulting Services: Pursuant to GEO (OUG) 34/2014, art. 16, lit. a), consulting services that have already been rendered (the session took place) or access to digital content delivered immediately are exempted from the right of withdrawal.

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: The Company offers a 14-day period to cancel a service package, provided that no consulting session has been conducted during this interval.

  • Events: In the case of fixed-date events (workshops), the refund policy is specified in the description of each individual event.

5. Intellectual Property

All content (texts, videos, downloadable PDF materials) belongs to ONLY 4 PROJECTS SRL. Any multiplication, distribution, or resale of these materials without the written consent of the Company is strictly prohibited.
